IBM Rapid Analytics: Managed an IBM-EMEA project that developed a method, go-to-market approach and delivery capacity for Data Science, Proof of Concept projects. This led to numerous, smaller projects at customers such as Shell, SKF, Skoda, BAT, Attijariwafa Bank (Morocco).
2016
GDPR (AVG): Managed an IBM EMEA program to assess the impact of the GDPR (AVG) regulations on IBM and IBM's customers. This program led to several diverse deliverables; (1) insight into what IBM had to do to become GDPR compliant in project execution and (2) service and software offers that IBM offered to customers. The developed approach led to IBM's nomination as the Computable Awards 2017 “ICT service provider of the year”.

Managed the program to design, pilot and implement an AI platform to support ASML engineers in accelerating machine troubleshooting. With the help of AI, the possible causes of the problem are identified. This drastically reduces the "time-to-resolve". In essence, this solution combines structured and unstructured data sources around fault information with an ASML-specific language model. This allows the maintenance teams to consult the data for cases with similarities to the problem in question.
